Brotherdale LLC ("Brotherdale," "we," "us") provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management (Meta, Google, TikTok), content creation, analytics reporting, and related services ("Services") to clients ("you") through the Portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Brotherdale is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Brotherdale uses artificial intelligence and automated tools to analyze campaign data, generate insights, optimize ad performance, and support content creation. By using the Portal, you acknowledge and consent to your advertising data being processed by these systems to deliver the Services.
You grant Brotherdale permission to access and manage your connected advertising accounts (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms) solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon Services. We will not use your account data for any purpose beyond delivering those Services.
Creative assets, reports, and materials produced by Brotherdale on your behalf are delivered to you upon full payment. The Portal software, design, and underlying technology remain the property of Brotherdale.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including campaign data, performance metrics, pricing, and business strategies.
Brotherdale is not liable for ad platform outages, policy changes by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), or campaign results that fall short of projections. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate Services per the terms of the signed agreement. Upon termination, your Portal access will be revoked and all outstanding balances become immediately due.
